Presentation: Barcelona Slow Food Guide 2026

The library hosts the launch of the 7th edition of the 'Barcelona Slow Food Guide', an independent publication that highlights restaurants committed to good, clean, and fair food. The guide focuses on establishments using local, seasonal products. During the presentation, representatives from Slow Food Barcelona will explain the project's mission and the criteria used for selection. Additionally, representatives from the Barceloneta-based restaurants Estraperlo and La Mar Salada will share their experiences and offer a small tasting to the audience.
