In the spring of 2026, Galerie Wedding presents the solo exhibition 'Malplaquetstraße 33 – Youth of an Assembly Worker' by Ahu Dural. The exhibition uses an apartment as a starting point to explore themes of family history, migration, labor, and female solidarity. Montage is interpreted not only as the manual labor performed by migrant women in Berlin’s electronics industry but also as an aesthetic process. This thought-provoking exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the intersection of personal biographies and broader social structures.
